INVITE ONLY sessions held at Great Park Ice on Tuesday's @ 7:45 PM to be able to work hard on speed/quickness/agility on the ice, individual skills & most importantly for the players to have fun and continue to improve going into tryout season!
Focus: Introducing how all of us tier I coaches teach, team based system work, individual skills & mainly full ice drills to keep the pace high and competitive!
